Admissions — from first call to enrolled

The Admissions tab is a simple board: every inquiring family is a card, and the card moves — Inquiry, Contacted, Toured, Applied, Accepted, Enrolled (or Lost) — only when a person moves it. Nothing advances on its own, and no family is ever emailed automatically.

Opening an inquiry

• 1. Find the family (they must exist in People first — add them there if new).
• 2. Click the family in the search result: the card opens in Inquiry with its source (phone, web, referral…).

Working the funnel

Each card shows how many days it has sat in its stage, so a family that inquired ten days ago and never toured is easy to spot. Move the card with its stage picker when something actually happens.

Enrolling

Enroll… on a card asks *who is the student* — pick the child from the household, or add the child explicitly. A person is never guessed. Enrollment writes the student record (grade and school year), and from then on the family's story shows it like any other parish moment.
