Online registration and the review queue
Programs with online registration get a public page at your parish address — share the link in the bulletin or on the website. A family fills in a guardian block and up to ten children; each child lands in the Pending registrations queue.
Nothing links itself
Vianney never guesses who a child is. Each pending registration shows possible directory matches with a confidence chip (exact / strong / possible) — and even a perfect match is only a suggestion. A staff member either links the registration to the person it matches or creates a new person (and household). Siblings from the same submission can join the household created for the first child.
Reviewing
- 1. Open Formation → Pending registrations (the button shows a count).
- 2. For each child: pick a match, or Create new person…, or Deny… (a note is required and kept).
- 3. If the family wasn't sure which class, the child was parked in the first one — move them before approving.
The public form never reveals parish data: submitting tells the family only that a real person will review it.
