Seeing your Gmail and Calendar on a profile
If you connect your Google account, a person's profile can show your own recent email and calendar history with them — a quick way to remember "where did we leave things?" without leaving Vianney.
How it works
- The profile shows recent messages and events between you and this person, each linking out to Gmail or Google Calendar.
- It is a lens, not a store: Vianney reads your mailbox live and shows headlines and links. It never copies message bodies or stores your mailbox.
- Only the link between an email address and a person is saved, so Vianney knows whose correspondence to show.
Connect your account
- 1. Open a profile and, in the Email or Calendar section, click Connect Google.
- 2. Approve the read access Google asks for.
- 3. Your history with people now appears on their profiles. You can also create a calendar event with a person from here — it is written only to your own calendar and sends no invitations.
Tips
- Each staff member sees only their own Gmail and Calendar — never a colleague's.
- If a person has no email on file, the section simply does not appear; add one to enable it.
