Inviting a parishioner to the portal

The parishioner portal lets members update their own details and take part in parish life online. Access is by invitation, with a one-time code, so only the right person gets in.

Invite someone

• 1. Go to Settings → Portal and choose the parishioner.
• 2. Generate a one-time code and email it to them.
• 3. They enter their email and the code, then set a password to claim the account.

Set what they can do

Toggle the permissions you want to offer: update contact details, set a communication preference, manage ministry preferences and blackout dates, request Mass intentions, and update their address. Changes apply on their next visit.

Tips

• Codes expire after a day; if one lapses, issue a new one.
• To reset a parishioner's access, just issue a fresh code.
