Suspension, reactivation, and leaving (your data is yours)

Suspension

If an account falls past due, it can be paused. The moment billing is resolved we reactivate it — your data is never deleted during a pause.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time. We will help you export your parish's data so nothing is lost. We would always rather understand what is not working first — tell us, and we will try to make it right.
