When does my term renew, and what does my standing mean?

Your account shows a paid-through date and a standing:

• Paid up — you are current; nothing to do.
• Past due — your paid-through date has passed; a reminder will reach your billing contact.
• No date set — billing has not started yet (for example, during a pilot).

If anything looks off, reach out — we would rather fix it early than have it surprise you.
