Why didn't my email send? (It is waiting for you)

This is almost always working as designed: nothing in Vianney sends on its own.

When you compose a message, Vianney prepares it and waits for you to press Send and confirm. That one click is your approval — then it goes immediately and is logged.

If a message did not go out

• Make sure you pressed Send and confirmed the pop-up.
• Check the recipient has an email address on file.

This keeps you fully in control of everything that goes out under your parish's name.
