Sending a Narthex reply
Once a card is pointed at the right person, you review the draft and send — with a confirm so nothing leaves by surprise.
Send a reply
- 1. Read the reply text. It is pre-drafted; edit it freely.
- 2. Choose a channel — email, text, or call.
- 3. (Email) To copy others, open + Cc / Bcc and add them with the picker.
- 4. Click Send, then confirm "Send to … now?". That confirm is your approval, and the reply goes immediately.
Re-draft with AI
Click ✨ Draft to have Vianney rewrite the reply — useful after you pin a different person or switch channel. Click it again to undo and restore your previous wording.
What sends, and when it doesn't
- Email goes right away if your parish email is connected; if not, it is recorded as skipped so nothing is lost.
- Text and call are recorded for now; outbound texting depends on your parish's texting setup.
Tips
- Dismiss closes a note without replying (it moves to History).
- Switch the Inbox to History to see what was sent or dismissed.
