Turning modules on and off

Not every parish uses every feature. The Modules settings let you switch areas on or off so Vianney shows only what your parish actually uses.

Toggle modules

• 1. Go to Settings → Modules (admin).
• 2. Turn modules on or off — Narthex, Liturgy, Funerals, This Week, Care, Ministries, Matrimony, Forms, Baptism, Communications, and more.
• 3. Changes apply immediately; the menus update without a reload.

Always-on basics

Today and People are the spine of Vianney and cannot be turned off — everything else leans on them.

Tips

• Start a new parish with just the modules you need and add more as you grow comfortable.
• Turning a module off hides it for everyone; a role still needs access to a module that is on (see Roles and what each can see).
• This is configuration — adjust it anytime as your parish's practice changes.
